WA MODERN N6 Kita Maruyama will hold a solo exhibition by Yuzuho Kojima, a dye painter and stencil dyeing artist, and Kudo Tetsuto, a woodworker.
The world of "stillness and movement" spun by these two artists, each with a connection to Hokkaido, using their own materials and techniques.
Please come and see the space where dyeing and wood are woven together.

Yuzuho Kojima
Dyeing artist / stencil dyeing artist
Born in 1990 in Kitami City, Japan.
Graduated from Kyoto City University of Arts, Department of Crafts, majoring in dyeing and weaving.
Selected artist for the "Kyoto Art Center Production Support Program" by Kyoto Arts and Culture Foundation.
Currently based in a studio in Hokkaido, he has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Tokyo, Kanazawa, Sapporo, and other locations throughout Japan.
The delicate yet sure strength of his dyed works attracts the hearts of many people.
Kudo Tetto
woodworker
Born in Sapporo in 1987.
He works mainly with trees in his hometown of Hokkaido.
After studying architecture at university, he worked for an architectural design firm and has been an independent woodworker since 2014.
Under the name "Kudo Tetsuto," he produces furniture and vessels that combine functionality and beauty.
Exhibited at the "May of Crafts" craft exhibition at Takamiya Shokuten (Daikanyama), Tokyo (2022), as well as solo exhibitions in Yanaka, Minami Aoyama, and other locations.
