Q.Is a reservation required for visits?
A.ご来場の曜日によっては必要です。月曜日から木曜日まではご予約のお客様1組毎のご案内になりますので、HPよりReservationください。
金曜日、土曜日、祝日はご予約不要です。ご自由にご来場ください。
Q.開館時間は何時ですか？
A.午前中は10時～12時、午後は13時～17時30分です。
Q.How much is the admission fee?
A.Admission is free.
Q.Is there parking available?
A.Yes, we have parking space for 7 cars.
Q.Can I rent a wheelchair?
A.We do not have wheelchairs available for rental. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Q.Can children enter?
A.Many fragile crafts are on display. We kindly ask children who may run around or handle the artwork indiscriminately to avoid entering. We appreciate your understanding.
Q.Can I make purchases?
A.Of course, purchasing is possible. Please feel free to inquire on a case-by-case basis.
Q.Is there a limit on the number of people allowed in at once?
A.原則10名様までとさせていただいていますが、それ以上の人数になる場合はお電話かメールでお問い合わせください。
