Q.Is a reservation required for visits?
A. It is necessary depending on the day of the week of your visit. From Monday to Thursday, we will show you each couple who has made a reservation, so please check our website for details.ReservationPlease.
Reservations are not required on Fridays, Saturdays, and holidays. Please feel free to visit us.
Q.What are the opening hours of the museum?
A. Morning hours are from 10:00 to 12:00 and afternoon hours are from 13:00 to 17:30.

Q.Is there parking available?
A.Yes, we have parking space for 7 cars.
Q.Can I rent a wheelchair?
A.We do not have wheelchairs available for rental. We apologize for any inconvenience.

A.Many fragile crafts are on display. We kindly ask children who may run around or handle the artwork indiscriminately to avoid entering. We appreciate your understanding.

A.Of course, purchasing is possible. Please feel free to inquire on a case-by-case basis.
Q.Is there a limit on the number of people allowed in at once?
A. As a rule, we limit the number of participants to 10, but if there are more than 10, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Q.I have not received an e-mail after placing an order. What should I do?

Q.Is it possible to have a receipt issued?
A. A receipt will be substituted for the slip or other documents at the time of product delivery. In the case of credit card payment, the statement issued by the credit card company, and in the case of bank transfer, the receipt at the time of transfer will be used in place of a receipt. If you would like a paper receipt, please indicate your request in the remarks. Our staff will respond to your request.

A. It depends on the delivery destination, but we usually ship in-stock items within 3 business days after the order is placed. After that, it depends on the delivery company's estimated delivery time.
If you specify a specific date, we will ship approximately 1-5 days prior to the desired arrival date, depending on the region.
Q.Can I choose a delivery company?
A. Only Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express deliver.
Q.Can I specify the delivery date and time?
A. For items in stock, you may request a delivery date and time from the 5th business day after the date of your order. However, please note that we are unable to accept delivery date and time requests for items that are waiting for delivery.
Q.I have not received my order. What should I do?
A. Merchandise will be shipped within 3 business days after order confirmation and payment confirmation, and it takes about 5 to 7 days for the merchandise to arrive. Please check if you have received a shipment confirmation e-mail and check the delivery status using the shipping slip number, or contact us using the Inquiry Form with your order number.
